Elizabeth is a results-oriented marketing professional with 20 years of broad experience and demonstrated achievements. Over the last ten years she's successfully performed press relations, corporate communications and product branding for high-technology products and organizations. The decade prior was spent providing creative development and qualitative market research services to Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods manufacturers, and developing proficiency in the use of specialized ideation processes to develop new product concepts. Andrew has many years experience in Events Management, Operations and Sales; all skills that he draws upon heavily at GSG. Andrew supervises the GSG team to execute events for our clients such as trade show booths and educational seminars for press and developers. Before joining GSG, Andrew worked at 3Dlabs for a number of years, where he held a range of positions including:

• Events Manager
• Developer Relations Associate, acting as a liaison between developers and engineering team for product optimization review cycles
• Operations Manager, responsible for purchasing, leases and facility requirements; realized huge savings through aggressive vendor negotiations

Prior to his work in technology marketing, Andrew had a career in real estate as a Realtor™, and as a residential mortgage broker.

Hitoshi Kasai is CEO of MIACIS Associates, a strategic client counsel and agency in operation in Japan since 1998. With over fifteen years experience building strong brand images and close media relations in the high-tech industry, Kasai uses his vast network of IT media in both the semiconductor, graphics and mobile industries to provide effective business development, press relations and events planning services to Gold Standard Group and its clients.

Hitoshi Kasai was with SGI Japan as assistant manager in 1991 as the first public relations and marketing communications professional for the company at that time and continued to manage all PR and Marcom activities until July 1998. Before joining SGI Japan, Kasai was responsible for all the company's PR and Marcom activities at Applied Materials Japan as corporate communications planner in 1989 to 1991. Kasai has received a bachelor's degree in economics from Tokyo Metropolitan University.

Walter Wen is an experienced business developer with a strong Telecommunication Engineering education background. Walter has worked for several well-known Chinese network entertainment and wireless VAS companies such as Tom, SNDA and Kongzhong, in which he has taken the roles of business development manager, account manager, external & internal relationship coordinator and oversea marketing manager. He has had success in marketing numerous mobile games on a variety of platforms, including Java, Symbian, WinCe and Flash Lite. His previous posts involved marketing work for the governmental International exchange office to help people get across the cultural and linguistic gap.

Education: Bachelor's Degree from Tianjin University, one of the top universities in China.

  Webmaster and Marketing Project assistant in charge of hosting scholar groups from oversea universities and governments.
• Kongzhong (Nasdaq:KONG) Mammoth Technology Inc. ― July 2004 to Aug 2005 Oversea Marketing Manager, Kongzhong is the largest mobile VAS provider;
• Shanda (Nasdaq: SNDA) Digital Red Co. Ltd ― Sept 2005 to Sept 2006
  Business Development Manager, Shanda is the largest network entertainment company and Digital Red is its wireless department.

Walter will use network of contacts in wireless and telecommunications industries to provide effective business development, press relations and events planning services to Gold Standard Group and its clients.
